This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondent in Check Slip RFL/Pallakkode/201/2024 dated 13.08.2024, thereby refusing to register the document and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondent to register the Sale Deed dated 13.08.2024 presented by petitioner, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that in view of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18599 of 2024 on 24.10.2025, the relief sought for in this this Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also in view of the endorsement made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
