Criminal Revision filed under Section 397 r/w 403 of Cr.P.C. seeking to set aside the common orders passed by the Hon'ble IV Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai in M.P.No.353 of 2019 & 354 of 2019 in M.C.No.39/2019, dated 07.01.2020 and direct to pay Rs.20,000/- to the petitioners for every calendar month excluding 2nd petitioner's school fees.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal revision petition.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioners to approach the Trial Court for enforcement of the order of interim maintenance. Connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
