Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 5864 of 2018 dated 20.6.2018 in so far as reporting before the IX Addl.Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai, once in two months at 10.30 a.m. until further orders pending disposal in C.A.No. 788 of 2017 on the file of this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.V.KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN Special Public Prosecutor For CBI Cases on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5864 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.788 of 2017 dated 20.06.2018 directing the petitioner to appear before the trial Court once in two months starting from July 2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.5864 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.788 of 2017 on 20.06.2018 regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.5864 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.788 of 2017 on 20.06.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court once in three months on the first working day of the particular month at 10.30 a.m until further orders, starting from the month of November 2018.
