O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint dated 31.03.2015.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint against one Tayi Pratab, Haritha and Venkatesh for the allegation of cheating and threatening. The same has not been enquired into so far by the respondent police. Hence, the present petition.

3. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner himself is an accused in two cases, one in Crime No.162/2014 on the file of the Central Crime Branch and another, on the file of Bangalore City Police. However, the respondent is prepared to enquire into the matter on the complaint dated 31.03.2015, lodged by the petitioner, but the petitioner is not cooperating with the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the petitioner to co-operate with the respondent police for enquiry and the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and upon enquiry, if the materials gathered indicates any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law. In the course of enquiry, if no prima facie is made out, he is directed to pass appropriate orders on the complaint made by the petitioner.
