O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for transfer of the investigation in Crime No.6/2013 from the second respondent police to any other investigation agency.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor filed a counter affidavit sworn by the second respondent wherein it has been stated that six witnesses were examined and thereafter, the petitioner was directed to produce related documents and the petitioner did not produce any document as called for by the police.

3. Considering the counter affidavit, this petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to produce the documents requested by the second respondent and on such production of documents, the second respondent is directed to consider such documents and submit a final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
