Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner representation dated 10.04.2021 to take appropriate steps to stop the heavy and Multiaxel Vehicles in the Cart Track situated in Namakkal Taluk, S.Nattamangalam Village comprised in Survey No. 273 measuring with an extent of 3 meter breadth and 253.2 meter length (19 cents) belongs to the Arulmigu Nageswara Samy Temple, Sarkar Nattamangalam Village, For Petitioner :

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 10.04.2021 to take appropriate steps to stop the heavy and Multiaxel Vehicles in the Cart Track situated in Namakkal Taluk, S.Nattamangalam Village comprised in Survey No. 273 measuring with an extent of 3 meter breadth and 253.2 meter length (19 cents) belongs to the Arulmigu Nageswara Samy Temple, Sarkar Nattamangalam Village,
2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner, eighth respondent and also counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
