Comp.A.No.367 of 2023 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J The applicant is the purchaser of 12.40 acres of land from the company in liquidation pursuant to an auction held on 01.01.2022. The grievance of the applicant is that persons named in paragraph 10 are endeavoring to encroach upon the property and that it has become necessary to mark the boundaries of the property so as to prevent such encroachments. In spite of approaching the jurisdictional Tahsildar, it is stated that no steps have been taken.
2. Mr.R.Siddharth, learned Government Advocate (CS) appears for respondents 3 to 5.

SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J kal conducted by this Court, the third respondent is directed to take necessary steps in co-ordination with the jurisdictional surveyor to identify and fix the boundaries of 12.40 acres purchased by the applicant. While undertaking this exercise, the third respondent shall act in accordance with procedure prescribed in applicable law, including with reference to any third party objectors.
