This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court, by its order dated 06.03.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4617 of 2023 as it relates to the condition stipulated in the para 9 (b) i.e. "The 2nd petitioner shall report before the respondent Police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
