This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records, relating to the complaint lodged by the first respondent in EOCC No.23 of 1995, dated 28.03.1995 pending on the file of the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Economic Offences I, Egmore, Chennai and quash the same.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died.
