The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order dated 07.01.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.195 of 2019 and to restore the same.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The investigation has already been completed and the final report has also been filed and thereby, the Criminal Revision Case No.195 of 2019 was dismissed as infructuous by order dated 07.01.2021.

Therefore, the present Criminal Miscellaneous petition is not maintainable.

4. Accordingly, this Criminial Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
