issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records, relating to the petitioner's brother detention order Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, vide detention order, dated 07.03.2025, on the file of the 2nd respondent made in proceedings C.No.21/G/IS/2025, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's brother namely S.David Raja, S/o.Selvaraj, aged 27 years before this Court and set the petitioner's brother at liberty from detention, now the petitioner's brother detained at Central Prison, Coimbatore.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, by producing a copy of the Government Order in G.O.Rt.No.2079, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XII) Department, dated 17.04.2025, submitted that the detention order has already been revoked.
2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
