1. I am informed by the learned counsel for the applicant that the warrant issued by the Court could not be executed as the subject vehicle could not be traced. Therefore, the learned counsel has submitted that the application be closed with liberty to approach the appropriate forum, as and when the vehicle is traced.

2. Accordingly, the application is closed with liberty as prayed for. If and when an application is moved, it will be dealt with in accordance with law.
