This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 14 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal, against the judgement and order dated 27.12.2024 in STC.No.420 of 2024, passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Poonamallee.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 14 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
