O R D E R
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, imposed on the petitioners vide order dated 06.08.2020, in Crl.O.P.No.11511 of 2020.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that as per the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11511 of 2020, on 06.08.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, they seek for relaxation of the condition imposed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11511 of 2020, on 06.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
