Though the petitioner has sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the request of the petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate made on 17.06.2015 is directed to be disposed of. 2.Considering the same, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 17.06.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the respondent to hear any third party in this regard, if necessary.
