This application has been filed to grant leave to the applicant/plaintiff to sue the first respondent/first defendant in C.S.SR37016 of 2020 before this court.

2. The contention of the applicant is that the first respondent is residing out side the jurisdiction of this court, however the suit has been filed for declaration that the sale deed dated 03.10.2019 as null and void, which was executed within the jurisdiction of this court, and hence the applicant may be permitted to sue the first respondent in CS SR 37016 of 2020 before this court.

3. Having regard to the nature of the allegations and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application ordered.
