Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order of the 1st respondent dated 04.06.2015 under Ref.No.19236/N2/2015 order of the 3rd respondent dated 31.07.2015 under Ref.No.Mu.Pa.No.4223/C/99 and consequently to direct the 4th respondent to release original Sale Deed dated 07.09.1999 registered as Doc.No.1447 of 1999.

By order impugned, the petitioner was informed that the District Revenue Officer (Stamps) viz., the respondent no.3 has already passed a final order.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a copy of the final order has not yet been provided to the petitioner. 3.This Court is not willing to go into the factual aspects and it is suffice to direct the respondent no.3 to furnish a copy of the final order to the petitioner. Hence, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to furnish a copy of the final order to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After the receipt of the copy of the final order, the petitioner can work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
