This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the complaint dated 21.07.2016 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

It is seen that this petitioner has given the complaint to the Inspector of Police, V-1 Police Station, Villivakkam. Since the transaction had taken place within the jurisdiction of Puzhal Police Station, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint before the Inspector of Police, M-3 Puzhal Police Station and on such complaint being given, the Inspector of Police is directed to call the Manager, SPS Hyundai Private Ltd., and conduct enquiry to get back the R.C.Book of the petitioner.
