Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the prospectus issued by the Directorate General of Health Services/R2 prescribed for All India Post Graduate Entrance Examination for M.D./M.S./Diploma and M.D.S. Courses 2009 and to quash the instructions given under the head of Note appended to clause 11 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
(b) of the said prospectus requiring production of original certificates as pre-condition to appear in the counselling for selection process and consequently direct the respondents to consider the claim for selection process and consequently direct the respondents to consider the claim of the Petitioner to get admission to P.G.Course on her undertaking to produce the original certificates within the time prescribed to join the allottee college and course as per clause 11(j) of the said prospectus.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents jointly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. 2.Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
