O R D E R

The petitioner was suspended from service by order dated 28.03.2014 pending initiation of disciplinary proceedings. It is the grievance of the petitioner that he has not been paid subsistence allowance in accordance with the Regulations.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 12.11.2014, requesting the first respondent to review the suspension and to pay him the subsistence allowance in accordance with the Regulations. The present prayer is to direct the respondents to consider the said representation on merits.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated12.11.2014 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
