ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.1787 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.34287 of 2019 order dated 11.02.2020, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m., 2.30 p.m. and 5.30 p.m., for a period of 15 days and thereafter twice at 10.30 and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the 1st Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
