This petition has been filed to direct the the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 07.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 09.11.2015, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.325 of 2015. Again the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 07.06.2016 by post to the respondent Police.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR.No.325 of 2015 if not already conducted and closed, by calling both the parties and take action in accordance with law, either register an FIR or close the case, under due intimation to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
