No. 207 of 2014 within a stipulated period. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Varadaraj For Respondent : Mr.C.Iyyappa Raj Additional Public Prosecutor

O R D E R

The limited prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram for early disposal of the case in C.C. No.207 of 2014.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the complainant/respondent herein was continuously absent before the trial Court in most of the hearings.

3. On perusal of the docket order produced before this Court, it is true that the complainant was continuously absent on most of the hearings. It is also seen that accused/petitioner herein was also absent on many hearings.

4. I do not think that the trial Court can be blamed for not giving early disposal in view of the non cooperation of both sides. Nevertheless, since the case is of the year 2014, it would be appropriate to observe that the trial Court shall endeavour to expeditiously dispose of the case in C.C. No.207 of 2014.
