applications dated 19.09.2019 followed by reminders dated 20.07.2020 for issuance of community certificate to the petitioners and their family members mentioned in the applications that they belong to Malakkuravan (ST) Community, these writ petitions have been filed.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
3.Taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners to consider the applications dated 19.09.2019 followed by reminders dated 20.07.2020 for issuance of community certificate, we call upon the respondent to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above direction, the writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs.
