ORDER

The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of HMOP.No.166 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Mannargudi to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Mayiladuthurai.

2. Despite service of notice on the respondent, the respondent has neither chosen to appear in person nor through counsel. Hence, the respondent is called and set exparte.

3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. The petitioner/wife has expressed genuine inconvenience to travel all the way to Mannargudi to attend the HMOP proceedings before the Family Court, Mannargudi, in view of her requirement to take care of the minor child and also the long distance to be travelled by her.

5. Upon perusal the affidavit filed in support of this transfer petition, I am satisfied that, the petitioner has made out a good case for Page No.2 of 4

transfer as prayed for and accordingly, this Transfer Civil miscellaneous petition stands allowed and the case in HMOP.No.166 of 2022 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Mannargudi and the same is transferred to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Mayiladuthurai.
