These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 217 days in filing petition to set aside the abatement caused by the death of sole respondent and to set aside the abatement caused by the death of sole respondent in the above Second Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits of these applications, these applications are allowed and the delay is condoned and the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent is set aside.
