O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to deal with the objections submitted by the petitioner on 26.01.2025 wherein the petitioner has objected to the subject property being dealt with by the third respondent on the ground that the third respondent is attempting to convert the pathway into house plots.

2. Heard Mr.C.Munusamy, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of grievance expressed by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the objections submitted by the petitioner as and when any document is presented for registration with respect to the subject property and take a decision before registering the document or refusing to register the document. 2/4

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
