When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.10.2017, learned Counsel for the petitioner represented that she had given change of Vakalat. Recording the said statement, the Registry was directed to post the matter on 27.10.2017, on which date, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner and directed the matter to be listed today. Even today (27.10.2017), when the matter is called, though the name of the petitioner is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through counsel. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
