ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner relying on the counter affidavit of the third respondent stating that the Revenue Department has been considering the cancellation of patta issued to the fourth respondent in respect of S.No.83/31, after fulfilling the requirements of the due process of law.
2. In view of the said statement in the counter affidavit of the third respondent, the third respondent is directed to proceed with the equiry and pass appropriate orders on merits by following the procedures as contemplated.
3. With these observations, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
