By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner claims to be an ex-serviceman and after discharge from service, he has joined the Tamil Nadu Police Department and served there for a period of three years and thereafter, he was selected to the post of Village Administrative Officer vide proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 11.04.2012. The petitioner worked as Village Administrative Officer at Pokkampalayam, Thiruchengode Taluk, which is a 'B' Grade Village. He served there for a period of 22 months. Thereafter, he was transferred to Sathinayakkanpalayam, which is also a 'B' Grade Village, on 30.01.2014. According to the petitioner, the said transfer order is against G.O.Ms.No.515 Revenue Administrative Department dated 25.08.2008.

The petitioner was once again transferred to Emappalli village by the 1st respondent on 05.09.2014 without allowing the petitioner to participate in the general counselling. Challenging the transfer, the petitioner filed a Writ Petition in W.P.No.25705 of 2014, wherein, stay was granted on 22.09.2014 and inspite of which, he was not allowed to continue in the same village.

3.The petitioner also filed Writ Petition in W.P.No.2651 of 2015 praying for disbursement of salary, which is still pending and W.P.No.25705 of 2014, filed challenging the order of transfer, came to be dismissed on 14.11.2014.

4.The petitioner has submitted a representation dated 26.05.2015 stating that general counselling is to be held during September, 2015 and if he is allowed to join duty and participate in the forthcoming general counselling, he may have an opportunity to choose the place of his choice, followed by another representation dated 15.07.2015. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner filed this Writ Petition.

5.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 6.This Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the case projected by the petitioner, directs the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 26.05.2015 and 15.07.2015 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 7.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
