PRAYER: The Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the respondents to register the petitioner complaint dated 02.11.2020 made to the respondent immediately and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint given by the petitioner on 02.11.2020.

2.Today (13.04.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in C.No.1139/DC-STM/PG/2021 and it has been closed as civil in nature on 19.10.2021.

3.At this Juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the closure report has not been served on the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the respondents to furnish the copy of the closure report on the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such receipt of the closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file the appropriate protest petition before the jurisdictional Court. 5.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
