These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 2265 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement; to set aside the abatement and allow the petitioners to bring the legal heirs of the deceased S.Mohan as necessary parties; and to bring on 1.Kanchana 2.Rajesh 3.Geetha as legal heirs of deceased S.Mohan and rank them as 6th to 8th appellant in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides. 3.Considering the submissions made and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed. Necessary amendments shall be carried out.
