ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 452, 324, 363, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC 1860, in Crime No.119 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant with knife and caused serious injuries to him. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner's name does not find place in the F.I.R. Hence, he prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the case was taken on file and numbered as P.R.C.No.30 of 2021 and investigation was also completed. Hence, there is no apprehension of arrest for the petitioner.
