Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent-Police. 2.

It is seen from the complaint that the Petitioner/wife has given complaint against her husband, as if, her husband demanded dowry from her father, and abused and threatened her. 3.

Considering the nature of allegations made in the compliant, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has to take action by filing complaint under Section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, and no case has been made out to register crime. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
