This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed in W.P.No.13631 of 2020 dated 29.09.2020.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the Tahsildar, 1/3

Vellore, has issued patta in the name of the father of the petitioner in patta No.1957. A copy of the patta was also produced before this Court. Learned Additional Government Pleader further submitted that the petitioner must submit the legal heirship certificate and establish his relationship with Periyasamy Gounder. On doing so, the patta will be transferred in the name of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that he will submit necessary documents before the respondent.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit the relevant documents before the respondent and the respondent, on receipt of the same and on being satisfied, shall transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner. This process shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of necessary documents from the petitioner.
