ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to survey and demarcate the property morefully disclosed in the prayer of this writ petition, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online application dated 04.03.2026.
2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 04.03.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the 4th respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom the 4th respondent deems fit to put on notice. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- Page No.2 of 4
(a) Before surveying the lands in question, the 4th respondent is directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the 4th respondent shall conduct the survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(c) There shall be no order as to costs.
