Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to execute the Sale Deed in favour of the petitioner (allottee) in relation to Plot No.1636 at MKB Nagar, Vyasarpadi Housing Scheme by the Tamil Nadu Housing Board forthwith. The petitioner is an allottee of Plot No.1636 at MKB Nagar, Vyasarpadi Housing Scheme as per Allottment Order dated 05.05.1977. The petitioner made two representations dated 05.03.2013 and 25.11.2014 stating that he has paid the entire amount and hence the Sale Deed has to be executed in his favour. As no order has been passed on the representations, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representations, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
