ORDER

The matter is placed before this court today on the basis of the letter dated 07.02.2026 received from the Court below, seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in S.T.C.No.231 of 2022, by a further period of six months.

2. Considering the reasons stated in the letter, this Court is of the view that it is appropriate to accept the request made by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Thittakudi.
