ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction, directing the respondent police to register a FIR on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 17.07.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, he was issued C.S.R No.221 of 2020 and on the said C.S.R, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 27.07.2020.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
