ORDER

This application has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the original award, dated 25.11.2022.

2. The applicant has challenged the said award by filing application under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before this Court. According to the applicant, only recently before the NCLT, they came to know that the impugned award has been passed 1/3

against them in favour of the respondent. Therefore, they claim that from the date of the knowledge of the impugned Arbitral Award, the petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before this Court is well within the period of limitation.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the applicant's contention, this application seeking to dispense with, the production of the original Arbitral Award, dated 25.11.2022 is allowed by granting liberty to the respondent to raise all objections with regard to the limitation as and when they enter appearance in the main O.P.

4. Registry is directed to number the O.P., if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
