This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to issue Transfer Certificate to the petitioner's daughter namely Sejal, as per the petitioner's letter dated 28.03.2014.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent produced a copy of the letter dated 20.03.2018, addressed to the Inspector of Anglo-Indian Schools, wherein it was informed that the transfer certificate as sought for herein, had already been issued.

3.In view of the above communication, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication, except recording the same. Hence, this writ petition is closed. No Costs.
