The petitioner had given a representation on 28.08.2025 to the respondents, requesting the respondents to acquire the aforesaid extent of 446.0 sq.mt (4799 sq.ft.) from the petitioner. According to the petitioner, till date, no final order has been passed by the first respondent on the petitioner's representation.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the third respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2025, requesting the respondents to acquire the remaining extent of land belonging to the petitioner measuring 446.0 sq.mt (4799 sq.ft.) morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner.
