[ Respondents ] Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of certiorari calling for the records under order dated 10.07.2015 passed by the second respondent to the first respondent to pay the outstanding amount of Rs.1 98 42 690/- from the amount due to the petitioner company M/s.Sri Sai Balaji Gas Cylinders Pvt. Ltd. Kanchipuram Tamilnadu towards purchase of New LPG Cylinder/repair charges for the old cylinders within 7 days from the date of receipt of this notice and quash the same.
