This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to call for the records in Crime No.403 of 2022 pending on the file of the 1st respondent police and quash the same.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and charge sheet is also filed before the learned Mahila Court, Coimbatore and the same is yet to be numbered and taken on file.
