This application has been filed seeking to issue Subpoena to (i) Mr.Muthukumaraswamy S/o.Late Mr.

Ruthrapathi Mudaliar Residing at New No.5, Old No.4C, Yadhaval Street, 3rd Cross, Virugambakkam, Chennai - 600 092a and Mr.P.J. Selvakumar, S/o.Mr.J.W.Daniel aged 75 years residing at New No.16, Old No.33, Temple Road, Secretariat Colony, Kilpauk, Chennai - 600010 as additional witnesses PW2 and PW3 respectively, and to permit the Plaintiff to examine the marking of documents.

2. Heard both sides. The respondent has no serious objection in ordering this application.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and being satisfied with the same, this application is ordered, accordingly.

4. Post the main suit on 01.12.2023.
