This petition is filed to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.62 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruvarur and transfer the same to the Family Court, Chennai.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he has no objection to transfer the HMOP.No.62 of 2015 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruvarur, to the Family Court, Chennai and prayed for early disposal and made an endorsement to that effect.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent and recording the endorsement so made by him, this petition is ordered. Accordingly, the petition in HMOP.No.62 of 2015 pending on the file of Sub Court, Tiruvarur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Chennai. The Sub Court, Tiruvarur is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to HMOP.No.62 of 2015 to the file of Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the learned Judge, Family Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Chennai, is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No Costs.
