Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent dated 17.12.2021 and 28.02.2022 and to quash the orders made therein in respect of determining the fee for the petitioner Trust School and consequently, direct the first respondent to fix the fee for the petitioner School as per the claim of the petitioner made in the fee approval form dated 27.08.2021 for the academic years 2021-2022, 2022-2023 and 2023-2024.

Mr.S.Vennimalai, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Writ Petition' {hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity} saying that captioned WP has become infructuous.
