ORDER

The petitioner had challenged the impugned notice dated 12.03.2026 directing the petitioner to appear on 17.03.2026 and execute a bond. 2.The contention of the learned counsel for petitioner is that the second respondent with an ulterior motive was creating records and foisting case against the petitioner. The petitioner not involved in any criminal case as alleged by the respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is a History Sheeter with H.S.No.1/2026 and has got three previous cases. Further due to the impending general election, the petitioner was called to execute a bond on 17.03.2026 but he failed to appear.

4.The learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner will appear before the first respondent on 27.04.2026 and make his objections and in the meantime, he will also take steps to challenge H.S.No.1/2026 which according to the petitioner is a foisted case against him.

5.In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the first respondent on 27.04.2026 and execute the bond. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
