ORDER

The learned counsel for both parties jointly submitted that the parties have compromised the matter and they have resumed cohabitation. The affidavit of compromise dated 28th June 2016 is also produced for verification.

2. In view of the subsequent events, no further adjudication is necessary in this Transfer Petition.

3. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
