C.M.P.No.11244 of 2024 in A.S.SR.No.166498 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This petition has been filed to accept the cause title in the above First Appeal.

2. The impugned judgment was delivered on 04.04.2019, and the appellant died on 29.05.2022. However, the appeal was filed on 22.12.2023 before this Court without noting the death of the appellant. Therefore, even before the filing, the appellant had died, and hence, this petition is ordered accordingly.
